Transportation: Drive (4WD)

Day 1- Drive to Jimma passing through wolkite and observing the Gurage ethnic group and the Gelgel Gibe dam en route, overnight jimma

Day 2- drive to Mizan Teferri, visiting the coffee plantation and the densely forested path, here is the area that the Banchi people are found, overnight at Mizan Teferri

Day 3- drive to Tulgit, passing via the coffee and tea plantations, we pass through the Dima village, overnight camp at Tulgit

Day 4- drive to Kibish observing the surma tribes, camp at Kibish

Day 5- today we start trekking our organized and efficient staff makes your mules ready for the long trekking days ahead.

Day 6- trek to Magolagne, one can taste the powerful natural mineral water here, then we trek on to kolu, (the whole trip takes eight to nine hours) camp at kolu.

Day 7- trek to Yella which is situated on a Hilly top, from here, the panoramic view of the Omo national park can be seen. The trekking duration on this day is eight to nine hours.

Day 8- this day trek to the Omo park head quarters (it takes three to four hours), observe a variety of games here, camp at the head quarters

Day 9- drive to the Omo river, passing some games on the way, cross the river on canoe, and arriving at the other end, you will be welcomed by your drivers, from here, drive to the Mago national park to camp for the night.

Day 10- this day drive to Turmi passing through the Karo tribes and the Murulle village, camp at Turmi, after visit of the hammer tribes.

Day 11- day excursion to Omorate to visit the Geleb/ Dassench tribe, after lunch break visit the hammer village

Day 12- this day, drive to Arba Minch observing the Erbore, Tsemay people, and the Konso village en route, overnight in Arba Minch

Day 13- visit the Chencha Dorze village in the morning, and the Nech Sar national park in the afternoon, overnight in Arba Minch.

Day 14- boat trip in Lake Chamo to see the Nile crocodile and hippos and the crocodile farm and proceed to Lake Awassa, overnight at Awassa

Day 15- after morning fish market visit drive to the Abijyata /Shalla rift valley lakes visit and proceed back to Addis.
